We check in with you and/or your planner about three months before your event to finalize timeline specifics, special details, modifications, special traditions and anything else we should know about your special day.  We will also place your final floral order one month prior to your event date as well.

We require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer to secure your date.  The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding or special event, but can be paid early via multiple payments if you choose.  All major credit cards are accepted.

The sooner the better! We typically recommend 10-12 months in advance as our weekends tend to fill up pretty quickly between May and November.  The sooner you book with us, the more likely you are to get your desired date!  

To reserve your date, we'll need a signed proposal and contract as well as a deposit. And if something comes up and you need to make any changes,  just let us know!

While costs are based on multiple factors, a realistic start is to set aside a minimum of 20-25% (10% floral  + 10-15% decor) of your total wedding budget for floral & decor.  For example, if you have a total wedding budget of $60,000, your floral and decor budget would range from $12,000-$15,000.  Please keep in mind that this includes floral, linen, furniture, rentals, drapery, etc.  Simply put, all decor items that make the room spectacular!

All flowers are flown in directly from the grower at least 1 week prior to your event date.  Upon arrival, each stem is inspected, processed, conditioned and assembled within a fresh floral cooler and remains within that cooler until 6am the day of your event. 

On event day, all arrangements are transported within a cooled environment until they safely arrive to the designated delivery location for installation.

Depending upon the complexity of your event, we typically require 4-6 hours to install all floral and decor items.  This will give our team the time necessary to ensure everything is set perfectly. 

Remember, you have been planning this day for over a year and we only have 1 day to get it right.  Do-overs are NOT an option.  So, please ensure to set aside enough time with your venue in order for us to have the time to create amazing, picture perfect moments!
