Our Design Process

PHASE 1 - 

 

1. Complete the VTE Event Styling Consultation Form and arrange your Styling Consultation with our Sales Manager 

2. Receive a cost estimate within 24 hours

3. Attend your Styling Consultation with one of our experienced event stylists to discuss our recommendations for floral and event design

PHASE 2 - 

 

1. Receive a customized styling proposal, event storyboard, proposed floor layout and 3D event design rendering within 3-5 business days

PHASE 3 - 

 

1. Review & sign off on proposal, invoice and contract and provide a 50% non-refundable deposit

PHASE 4 - 

 

1. Review and approve proposed floor layout and 3D rendering

2. Pay final deposit 30 days prior to event date

PHASE 5 - 

 

1. Final floral order placed 30 days prior to event date

2. Floral arrival 1 week prior to event date

3. Event Prep (Floral Processing & Conditioning) 1 week prior to event date

4. Event Prep (Floral Assembly & Cooler Storage) 2-3 days prior to event date

PHASE 6 - 

 

1. Floral arrangements are pulled from cooler - 6am Event day

2. Personal floral are delivered to location as specified by client

3. Ceremony floral are delivered and installed at ceremony location – 4-5 hours prior to event start

4. Cocktail Hour/Reception floral are delivered and installed at reception location – 4-5 hours prior to event start

PHASE 7 - 

 

1. Ceremony breakdown 1 hour following ceremony

2. Reception breakdown immediately following reception
